I’m Hatim, a strength and performance coach with a proven track record working with athletes, professionals, and individuals managing joint pain.
My coaching philosophy is simple: training should be effective, individualised, and lead to clear, measurable progress. Whether the goal is to lift more, move better, or feel stronger day to day, every plan I deliver is built around the individual, not a generic template.
I began my career in a commercial gym and quickly recognised an uncomfortable truth. Being good at the job often meant keeping clients dependent for as long as possible. Being good at the profession means getting people results as efficiently and effectively as possible. That is the standard I work by.
I believe that coaching must be personal to each client. Results should come with purpose and precision, not through guesswork or fluff. And no matter who you are, with the right guidance, your best performance is always within reach.
Alongside running my coaching business, I maintain my own training, personal life, and professional development. I understand the reality of balancing goals with a demanding schedule, and that perspective shapes how I coach. My role is not only to provide the plan, but to ensure it fits seamlessly into your life no matter how busy or ambitious it may be.
